Chokha is a spicy, tangy dish which is prepared using boiled potatoes, chilies and mango powder. We can use lemon juice also instead of mango powder to prepare Chokha.
Mash the boiled potatoes into small pieces to make chokha. Use of green chili or red chili in chokha may be the choice of individual. I have added a little of both.
