Soak badam overnight in water. Peel the skin and make a fine paste while preparing for kheer.
Make a powder of cashewnuts and mix with badam paste.
Fry the badam and cashew paste in ghee for 2-3 minutes on low flames.
Add milk and stirr. Boil the milk till it remains half of its measure.
Add sugar and let it dissolve completely.
Keep cooking for 5 more minutes on low flames.
Garnish with saffron strands and refrigerate it.
Dry Fruits Kheer is ready.
Serve it chilled.
