How to Make Gajar Raita
Add 2 cups of water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add grated gajar in it and boil for 2 - 3 minutes on low / medium flames.
Drain the water from boiled gajar (carrot) and let it be cool.
Beat the curd and cool boiled carrot , chopped green Chillies, roasted cumin powder, red Chilli powder, black salt and refrigerate it.
Add salt before serving.
Gajar Raita is ready.
Serve it cold with parathas or rice recipes.
