How to Make Malpua
Boil the milk on low flames and reduce it to half of its original measure.
Meanwhile dry roast the sooji and mix in milk.
Mix the maida as well and leave no lumps. (I blended it).
Now heat a frying pan, grease with ghee and pour a sreving spoon full of batter on it.
Spread it in the round shape and fry evenly from both the sides.
Keep aside the malpua.
Make sugar syrup and
dip malpua in hot sugar syrup.
