Paneer Shimla Mirch or Paneer Capsicum sabzi is a very simple sabzi to make. We can use home made cheese or the market bought cheese for this recipe. This is one of my favorite dish. When i was not cooking daily and ished to have some thing special at home, Paneer capsicum was the only thing I loved to cook. It is a quick dish as well.
To prepare paneer capsicum sabzi, paneer should be soft. Generally market bought paneer is always kept in freeze. To make readymade paneer ready for dish need to put it in warm water for some time. arm water makes paneer soft, it can be cut easily aster it is kept in the warm water for some time.
Major ingredients as the name says it all, is paneer and capsicum. If we do not wish to make paneer capsicum sabzi as a dry dish, we can add some cream in it while preparing. It provides a creamy rich texture to the dish. Here is the complete recipe to make Paneer Capsicum sabzi.
