Rava Uttapam, a quick and healthy south indian breakfast. Just like rava idli, it needs not much preparation. Rava Uttapam and Rava Idli are quite simple and instant versions of Uttapam and idli as compared to Rice and Dal mix idli and uttapam.
To prepare Rava Uttapam batter, no need to even roast the sooji. We can just mix all the batter ingredients. This batter needs to be a thin as compared to the idli and a little thick then the dosa batter. The btter should be that it does not spread too much on tawa. It need to be of medium consistency.
