Make a batter of rava and curd and keep that aside for 10 minutes.
Check the consistency, it should be easily pouring. If not, add water to it. Add salt to it as well.
Mix chopped onion, green Chillies, coriander leaves and chopped ginger in a different bowl.
Now take a flat tawa or dosa tawa and heat it. Put a ladle full of batter on tha dosa tawa.
Spread a handfull of the onion mix on top.
Flip it when the bottom side is done.
When it is cooked from both the side, take it from tawa and clean the tawa with lemon juice.
Repeat the process for rest of the batter.
Instant Rava Uttapam is ready. Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
