Soak sabudana in water for 5-6 hrs.
Mix well sabudana, boiled potato, chopped green Chillies, broken cashednuts, red Chilli powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.
Add a tsp of oil and mix well again.
Make the balls of this mix and press a little between the palms to make it a little flat.
Heat a flat pan and sprinkle some oil on it. Place the aloo tikki and fry it from both the sides.
Fry the sabudana aloo tikki to make it crispy.
Sabudana Aloo tikki is ready.
Plate the sabudana aloo tikki and spread beaten curd over. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and pudina chutney and serve.
