How to Make Sev Tamatar ki Sabzi
Heat mustard oil in a pan till it smokes out and let it be cool for a while else the spices will burn.
When oil is warm, add asafoetida and mustard seeds. Let mustard seeds splutter.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red Chilli powder. Cook it for 1 minute on low flames.
Add chopped tomato and green Chillies. Add salt and sugar. Cook till the tomato paste starts seprating from the oil.
Now add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes in the covered pan.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Add sev just before serving.
Sev Tamatar sabzi is ready. Serve it hot with chapati.
