How to Make Hyderabadi Sheer Khurma
Soak Dates in milk for 15 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the broken dry fruits, dates and cardamom. Fry for 30 seconds on low flames.
Now add vermicelli and fry until it turns to light golden color.
Add coconut powder and keep frying for a while.
Boil the milk in a deep pan.
Add sugar and let the sugar dissolve completely.
Add add vermicelli and other fried in the milk. Keep stirring for 5 minutes so that it mixes well.
Let the flames go off but keep the pan covered for another 5 minutes.
Sheer Khurma is ready.
Serve it hot.
